Pat, holds dual bachelor’s degrees in commerce and information technology. He has worked in IT services industry for over 12 years. Pat’s experience dates back to Computer Point, one of the premier organizations of the time, which started the first computer based-training institutions in India. As a manager, was associated with hardware maintenance services and support. In 1996, Pat became responsible for managing and implementing a complete back-office accounts and tax operation, in India, for a leading American company.

Pat has extensive hands-on experience in coordinating and executing projects between the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. He is responsible for overall production and operations. He possesses comprehensive working knowledge of data architecture, process workflows, automation, and operational best practices. Pat pursues his interest in creating and developing new technologies to streamline workflows, productivity tools and project management.
