Andy, is an MBA in Global Business Marketing and Development. Andy has been associated with the business process outsourcing industry for over 15 years. He was a pioneer working with one of the very first American companies, in 1996, to establish, develop, and execute data, voice transcription, and content management services in India for US medical and legal organizations.

Andy has developed and implemented workflow planning and optimization, business process strategies, HR training protocols, marketing, and project execution methodologies. In addition, Andy has provided extensive business consulting and has helped establish back-office operations for a number of businesses in the cities of Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, in India.
