The platform provides a suite of tools which allows the legal community to manage their entire document collection remotely through a secure web-based interface. Assets reside on a dedicated server in codeMantra's highly secure facility in Ashburn, VA. The system controls user access via standard browser technology and web service applications.

cP-DocRev's built-in viewer provides the ability to search, organize transcripts, electronic evidence, document, annotation and metadata. Dashboards displaying metadata can be customized to meet specific needs of the user. Enhanced filtering strengthens cP-DocRev search capabilities, where multiple files can now be selected and downloaded directly from the search results.

cP-DocRev also offers enhanced production reporting and oversight features. Users can now set advanced business rules for conversion, monitor work in progress, activate and respond to queries. A calendar tool is also available that tracks deliverables, time-stamping, along with past and future production deadlines. Load-file creation to standard litigation support databases (Summation, Concordance, Ringtail etc.)
